To Enroll Infants must be at least 6 weeks old
Toddlers must be at least 13 months old
Preschoolers must be at least3 years old
School Agers must be in Kindergarten to age 13
A medical form is required from the child's doctor.
An intake interview is held with parent/gaurdian and child.
Registration fee of $90 (non-refundable) and one week's fee in escrow is paid in cash,money order, or check at the time of intake interview.
